5 Poses to Help You Lose Weight Fast

1) Headstand

The headstand also stretches the hamstrings, which are prone to being tight in people who sit at desks all day or have sedentary lifestyles. When combined with other poses, like the downward-facing dog, the headstand can help ease back pain and improve your sense of balance.
2) Plank
The plank is an exercise that strengthens the back, shoulders, and core while also improving balance and agility. Holding a plank for just two minutes can burn up to 50 calories. Planks should be done on your hands and toes with your body in a straight line from head to toe, maintaining tight abdominal muscles by pulling in your stomach towards your spine. If you are unable to do this for more than 15 seconds, you should modify the exercise by lowering yourself down onto your elbows or knees until you have strengthened the back enough.
If you have never done a plank before try holding it for five seconds and then rest for five seconds before doing another one.

Stay here for five deep breaths before releasing back down onto all fours and repeating two more times. If this pose is too difficult for you, try placing blocks or pillows underneath your torso so that you can raise up higher while still feeling grounded in this position.
4) Goddess Pose
